Our Origin: Dr. Maggie Tieman

Mindset Matters originated from the idea that nothing is impossible. What is impossible is indeed possible – “it shouldn’t be that hard.” Whether you are individualized or in a group, connecting with people more effectively, and getting the most out of yourself shouldn’t require multiple degrees.  Too much time and money has been lost on ill-advised techniques or team-building activities that are limited to the one specific situation, or one group.

Mindset Matters was created for two reasons: the mental aspect of our existence is just as important as the physical, but it is not trained or thought of with the same intensity.  Second, the pattern of human behavior is predictable.  Once we learn, recognize, and apply these patterns, we are able to adjust our personality to meet the needs of anyone and everyone we work for and with.  Why is this so important?  Because, success is based on the richness of relationships.  This relationship can be within our own minds, with another person, or a group.  If we want to be the best, win the most games, create the best working environments, or enjoy life to the fullest extent, we must understand these basic patterns and learn how to apply them to all areas of our lives.  Mindset Matters helps you decode these patterns and sets your mind free to succeed.
