Our Origin

Mindset Matters originated from the idea that nothing is impossible. What is impossible is indeed possible – “it shouldn’t be that hard.” Whether you are individualized or in a group, connecting with people more effectively, and getting the most out of yourself shouldn’t require multiple degrees.  Too much time and money has been lost on ill-advised techniques or team-building activities that are limited to the one specific situation, or one group.

Mindset Matters was created for two reasons: the mental aspect of our existence is just as important as the physical, but it is not trained or thought of with the same intensity.  Second, the pattern of human behavior is predictable.

"You are a MASTER! Officials now have concrete things to consider and do related to body language and communication.  We have heard back from so many about how their performance has improved dramatically after implementing your techniques."
